The platform’s business model offers a basic service with the option to purchase additional features. Prodomia Group retains full administrative control, assigning permissions while users only see the modules they’ve paid for.

We implemented an Access Control Level (ACL) model that allows predefined permissions for Read / Edit / Remove actions based on assigned roles and functions.

Two years after its launch, the system is now used by hundreds of housing cooperatives and users who rely on seamless, uninterrupted operation. To maintain our client’s excellent reputation, we chose a stable, modern solution—hosting the platform on Kubernetes using Digital Ocean servers. The system requires minimal active management, handling most issues automatically.

How do you connect data from all housing units and their owners in one place? We developed a Gateway API that integrates with DOMUS software from Anasoft—a solution now fully utilized by Prodomia Group for seamless data management.
